“ Our first experience here was great..we ordered waffle and omelette. Waffle and service is great, so we came back expecting the same level of service and quality of food. Second time we came back, ordered the pork chop and waffle again, it was a total let down. The batter taste different and the meat is the “thinnest pork chop” I’ve ever seen. For the pricing of almost $15, it’s not worth it. Service is mediocre at best. Wouldn’t recommend this place. ”
“ Very friendly staff and great food. This restaurant has been there since 1983. It is Southern comfort food and good portions. It is a little rundown but clean. I had the liver and onions with a side salad and corn nuggets. Hubby had the open faced roast beef with green beans and a side salad. The salad is made with iceberg lettuce not weeds as my hubby calls spring mix so he was happy. The liver and onions where tender and juicy, yum. Hubby really enjoyed his open faced roast beef. ”
“ We've passed by this restaurant numerous times but when a friend told us the place has been around since 1983 and the food was good we decided to give it a try.... We came in around noon and we were still able to get a decent breakfast. My wife was totally happy with her choices but my biscuits and gravy had way to much pepper for me but the server explained to me that that is the way it is heavily requested by the largest part of their customers. Other then that we were good. Our server was great. ********* We came back this morning with a group of 5 and other then the long wait everything was PERFECT! Our guest from Texas were highly impressed with every thing... Thank you and we will definitely be back!! ”
